Ariana Kolaitis
Hi, I’m Ari.
I landed in Toronto in 2019 from Brisbane, Australia and have supported teams globally across Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States.
As a naturally curious person, I don’t just fill roles or say yes - I ask the right questions to uncover what (and who) your business actually needs. Whether that is navigating hiring roadmaps, building people processes, or just being your on-call HR sounding board, I bring clarity and care to all things people.
As a former Director of People & Culture with experience in creative agencies, mining, tech and retail, I’m used to working in fast-paced environments. I thrive on hiring and building processes that get you to “no” faster and “yes” more confidently.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me baking cakes for weddings and events, at a Raptors game, or racing laps in Gran Turismo.
